Return Policy

The FlyRadius Store wants you to have satisfaction with your purchase. We offer a 30 day return policy for any purchase that you make on our online store. You may return items that are in an unused and resell-able condition within the 30 day window for any reason. You will have to pay return shipping if the reason you are returning a product is not due to damage in transit or an error on our part.

To return an item, please contact us here. We will issue an authorization and a label to ship the item(s) back to us. We can deduct the cost of the label from your refund or you can ship via a carrier of your choice at your cost. We have commercial rates with the USPS and will provide you the cost of the label when contacting us.

We ask that you also provide us a reason for your return.

Returns – Damage in Transit or Error on Our Part

If the items that you purchased were damaged in transit or the order received contained an error, we will work to fix the problem with your order as quickly as possible. If an item is damaged, we will send out a replacement via the same shipping option that you selected. Please contact us here to report any damages or errors.

We ask that you report any damages or errors as soon as possible. Damage or error claims can only be made within 30 days of receiving the item.
